Rebecca Harlin, PE
Chief Executive Officer
Rebecca Linn is a highly-organized and talented architectural engineer with two degrees in engineering and nine years of experience in building enclosure consulting, construction management, and maintenance engineering. Prior to founding Hanlin, she gained extensive experience in commissioning, procurement, value engineering, and quality assurance while serving as a project manager and providing enclosure commissioning on dozens of projects. Throughout her work, she has cultivated a relentlessly client-oriented approach to project management and built her expertise in aviation, commercial, federal, and healthcare markets, among others.
As Hanlin CEO and co-founder, Rebecca manages multiple exterior scopes of construction work for the O’Hare Terminal 5 Expansion while collaboratively building Hanlin from the ground up. Like a true ISFJ, Rebecca founded Hanlin in part for the opportunity to work with good people, and she takes great pride in being a dependable consultant and responsible business-owner.

Hannah Ciurej
Chief Operating Officer
Hannah Ciurej is an adaptable and efficiency-oriented construction project manager with over eight years of professional experience in construction project management and architecture. Prior to founding Hanlin, she worked with architectural firms and then transitioned into construction project management, overseeing projects from bidding and scope development through project closeout. Hannah’s work has spanned many sectors, including aviation, healthcare, industrial, and public schools, but her focus has remained constant: bring value to clients and communities with every project. Her foundation in architectural design and extensive experience in project management uniquely position her to execute each client’s vision with creativity and care.
As Hanlin COO and co-founder, Hannah coordinates internal operations while managing several interior trades on the O’Hare Terminal 5 Expansion project. As a naturally service-oriented tinkerer and problem-solver, she is excited by the challenge of building systems to bring clarity out of chaos on clients’ projects. For Hannah, Hanlin’s responsibility lies not only in producing quality work for clients, but also in doing right by colleagues and the community.
